Management talent refers to performers who are represented by a particular talent agency, for the purpose of securing employment within the entertainment business.
A talent agency can represent thousands of clients and there are different levels as well as types of talent an agency can specialize in, i.e., modeling, acting, commercial and print work. To be represented by an agency, talent must submit a headshot and resume or meet with an agency representative and interview with them. The talent agency interview usually consists of a conversation about what type of work you as talent are looking for, as well as some test photos taken.
